Moving to another state, need to secure a loan
I am moving from Virginia to North Carolina in a few months. I currently have a job, but have yet to secure a job in North Carolina. I want to buy a home in November, but don't know if I need to secure a job before I move down there. Can I get a loan for a home in another state with my current job? Or, do I need to get a job before hand and than get the loan?

You will need to have a job there to prove you will not be unemployed, and if you don't have a job arranged the last thing you need to worry about is buying a home,
