    What should I do?
It is currantly 12:57am(where I live) and I don't know what to do. I feel that I really need help. I wan't to talk to someone, the problem is I don't have anyone that I really trust. Also I don't want to concern my friends about all this , they'll think I'm insane or something. Should I phone kids help phone? If I did what would I say? I'm shy and get scared of what other people think, and I feel that my problems are nothing but me being silly(are they if they are taking over me and my life?). What should I do? Please reply but even if you don't thanks for looking at this.

    Tons of stuff:
-coping with strong feeling (depression, anxiety, loneliness, etc.)
    -dating
    -family life
    -body image
    -eating disorders
    -school
    -violence and abuse

I just don't know how to handle all these thoughts anymore.

So, ask away! And, people will be willing to help you. There are quite a few persons on this site who are well-versed in knowledge of and in helping people cope with the subject areas that you mention. Posting questions under the most appropriate categories for each one also helps to get your questions noticed more and answered to your satisfaction rather than changing subjects or asking another question about another subject in the same thread. That was just a hint as to how to use this site, since this is not a chat room.
