    Judgment after foreclosure
    If our property goes into foreclosure could our bank accounts be seized in a judgment for the balance owing. All we have is our social security and pension checks going into our bank. What does Texas law say on this subject.

    Yes, a judgement could attach your bank accounts. If you are sued, you can list an exemption for your SS payments.
