    Last name for two?
    My husbands ex still has his last name and now is telling us that since she still has his lat name that it is illegal for me to carry his last name here in Florida?? True or not?? :confused:

    No, it's not illegal. His name "belongs" more to you now that you are married to him. Even 18 ex-wives could carry his name and not be illegal.

    You are going to have a lot of fun with this new marriage if first you are even listening to his ex for one, and second if she is this full of bull already.
