    Setup of Trust Funds
    I feel since my business and assets are growing how I should protect my investments. I was wondering if I should start a trust Fund? I am a homeowner w/ equity & just became a partner in both an LLC & an LLP. What's the diff. between revokable vs non-revokable trusts? Where should I start.

    Why do you think you need a trust fund? Generally a trust fund is funds held for another person or entity to be managed by a third party.

    The LLC and LLP should be protecting your personal assets.
