    Lose love handles
    I walk 3 miles 5 days a week speed walking, can anyone answer when I can see some results. I would like to lose about an inch around my waist. I heard cardio is the best thing for you to lose those extra inches. What else could I do and when can I see some results?

    I have been walking about the same as you (started a year ago) and can only report that it allows me to maintain. I can't seem to lose weight walking alone.

    I used this program called Slim in 6 and saw results in 6 weeks. The only problem is that it is really kind of boring and I couldn't keep it up after 6 weeks and flabbed back up over the last year.

    My friend's husband did the Power 90 and looked great for a while, but like me, when he stopped, he got flabby again.

    What irritates me is all the women's magazines that say "walk off the weight!" but, they don't work for me. I still walk because it increases my stamina and makes me feel better, but I can't get the weight off.
