    I'm obessed and need advise
    Hi I'm am a female that is 5'5 and 271 pounds and me and my husband want another baby and I want to loose weight and get healthy first what is a good way to loose a least 100 pounds in 1 year??

    I would recommend either going to a nutritionist or utilizing a program like Weight Watchers since both of these will help you change your relationship with food which is paramount to keeping weight off. It will take time and I think you are being pretty realistic with giving yourself a year. It took time to put the weight on and it will take time for it to come off.

    Also its really important to start moving even if its just a 30 minute walk around your neighborhood. If you don't start incorporating exercise you won't burn as many calories. If there is a gym nearby you should consider joining. If you are unsure or intimidated some gyms will offer a trial workout with a trainer when you join - take it! Tell the trainer you want to learn how to work out. They will teach you what you need to do to help you get healthy, fit and strong.

    Patience, patience, patience will be your key to getting through it. Losing weight is never easy and it can be a struggle. But its important to take time for yourself and become a healthier person so you can be the best mom you can be and the best person you can be. Good luck! :)

    Ok, the best way I know of is to follow Kevin Tudeau's weight loss program. The program entails a lot of work but its safe healthy and won't cause you to regain any of the weight that you lose. First thing you should do every morning when waking up is to drink an 8oz gless of water and 2oz of apple cider vinegar. This process helps flush your system out. The second thing I know about losing weight is if you are going to exercise at all it should be done in the morning so that it speeds up your metabolism throughout the day. The third thing is to stay away from diet foods, use all natural foods that have not been sprayed with pesticides or meat that has come from a groery since the cows or chickens what have you have been fed growth hormones and foods sprayed with pesticides, this is what mainly causes us to gain weight.     Also please remember that if you need a boost or need to vent about how you are struggling there is always someone on here to tell you how much you rock and to keep you going strong.

    Best of luck to you! I know how hard losing weight can be. Also I left out but be certain to get a full physical and full blood work up including having your thyroid checked just to make sure everything is all good before you start your diet.
