Fired attorney, how do I subpoena my husband
My attorney was completely quite in court. I didn't get a thing. I am currently a stay at home mom and the judge ORDERED me to get a job within 30days. My husband has abused having phone sex at night. I want to subpoena his phone records and bring them into court to prove that there is money for phone sex. Does anyone know how I do this?

So he is having phone sex? I would expect if you merely ask him in a court ordered questionnaire he would merely admit doing it.

IN court his inocme, Pay stub should have been submitted as proof of income. If you got custody of the children, you should have been given court ordered child support based on a percentage of his income, normally expenses has little to do with it.

I would say if you are expecting to stay at home after a divorce and your ex support you, **** WAKE UP**** it ain't going to happen.
