    Up to what extent does the clause "transfer of these certificate is restricted" applicable?

    This is about stocks, correct?

    I would think that the restrictions would be listed in documentation concerning the certificates. Is it?

    Thanks for the reply, yes it is about stocks. The restriction is listed on the document called certificate of shares. I need to find out, how I can remove the restrictions.

    You can't. The restrictions are set by the issuer.
