    Going to lose my home

    There are companies that will purchase your home to prevent foreclosure. You would then have to rent.

    There are no government programs that "give" money for this kind of situation. Have you tried asking friends/family?

    What is your exact situation? In past experiences I've worked with a lot of people that have thought they had no options when they actually have had a few. Feel free to either post on here or contact me direct and we can at least find out if you have other options...

    What state are you in?
    How far behind are you on your mortgage?
    What type of mortgage program do you have and who is your lender?
    Do you have more than 1 mortgage currently?
    How does your credit look?
    When is the last time you had the home appraised?

    These are just a few questions that someone would need to know to even begin to let you know what mortgage or finance options you may have. Depending on what state you are in might lead to some other options.
