I'm 16 years old and I've only dated guys and I consider myself straight because I never have liked a girl or went out with one. I never had anything against it but it just wasn't for me. Well there's this grl (she's my friend) and she's been going out with my ex-boyfriend. I'm over that whole thing now and I don't blame her because she didn't know I used to go out with him so she's not at fault. But for almost a week now I think I'm kind of starting to like her. I've known her since last school yr and we alwyz used to talk in class, this yr we don't have any classes together but we still say hi to each other in the hallway and talk a little after school in the hallway when the bell rings.

The reason why I think I'm starting to like her is because ever since last yr she alwyz use to look at me a lot, not in a dirty way or nothing but she just glances over at me a lot as if she wants to see what I'm doing. And every time she says hi to me now she kind of looks at me for a long time. I think she likes me and that's what started this whole thing.

I didn't tell my mom that I think I like her but I told my mom that she looks at me a lot and my mom said that sometimes people just look at other people for no reason and that its probably nothing. But I'm not stupid and I know what it seems like.

I would never go out with her or tell her how I feel but I was just wondering if anyone thinks that she likes me or if I really like her. I don't want to feel this way because I really don't want to be bisexual because my mom would b REAL mad if she found out but I was just wondering so maybe I could stop thinking of her and daydreaming about me and her going out

Well I do not think you are bisexual. I think you are just curious about the idea of being bi.

I have seen some guys stare at me but they could be staring past me, or they could be zoned out. That happens to me in the morning all the time and I don't even know that I'm staring or something.

There is a chance though that she is Bi, but I would not put too much wait on the starring unless its daily.

And don't mind your mom pretend she is not even there. Be your own person but don't ignore her help or ideas.

If you like someone of the same sex, you're not bi. Not even if you act upon it. Now, if you continuously act on it, like it, love it or stay with it, then it's obvious that you are bi, or seemingly gay. I also believe that you can be gay for one person. Not that you're attracted or like other people of the same sex but just this one person. I don't see what's wrong with it. I say, sleep on it. If when you wake up you're thinking about her and when you get around her you still feel like she likes you the same, ask questions that deal with the situation you're in and see how she responds, that's how you usually can tell if a person feels the same as you. But about your mom, tel her to blow it out her if she doesn't accept you for you. I came out to my mom in the ninth grade, I was 14. She's just coming around to it and I'm now 19, but she never stopped loving me..

1.you can't turn bi you would always be bi if u are bi anyway
2.maybe you're a little bi everyone is pple don't fall in love with a persons body they fall in love with the persons personality so everyone's a little bisexual
3.theres absaloutely nothing wrong with being queer kk

Thank you guys soooo much I feel a lot better . I know there's nothing wrongq with being bi but personally I don't want to be because its just not for me but I appreciate you guys advice and I figured it out. Its not so much that I like her, I kind of look up to her as a role-model because she's a year older then me and evryday I can't wait to get to school to see her because she's like the fashion trendsetter in school lol I know it sounds funny but she is and I get all my fashion ideas from her and she's a really good friend and she's protective and I don't think she's bi either. Well maybe she is but maybe she's not. But I really want to thank you guys for the advice because I feel a lot better knowing the truth now!!

You could find out if she is by going up to and asking "are you bi?" lol very plane and simple

LOL I don't want to do that because she might get mad and if she isn't bi then I would have just made a fool of myself and she might think I am. To be honest, I don't think she's bi but if she is it has nothing to do with me so I'm not worried about it . And if I was to ask her she probably wouldn't tell me the truth anyway

I went through the same thing when I was in 8th grade. Then I started liking the other girl more and I tried to stop it and tired to hide it but it doesn't work. The feelings just got stronger and the flirting went on until something happened. If your attracted to girls or like a girl you won't be able to stop it, you don't chose this no matter how much people say you do. Just follow what you feel. I thought my parents would hate me when I told them and they didn't they said they would love me no matter what. Hope that helps...
