Does any one have any quick chocolate mousse recipes?? If so please tell me!! :p

4 large egg yolks
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c, heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 bars semi sweet baking chocolate (Ghirardelli chocolate is great with this)

1. Beat egg in a small bowl on high speed until thick and lemon colored, which is about 3 minutes. Gradually add sugar, then beat.

2. Heat one cup whipping cream in saucepan over medium heat, just until hot (but don't let it boil). Gradually stir half of the hot cream into egg yolk mixture, then combine back into hot cream in saucepan. Cook over low heat about 5 minutes until mixture is blended and thickens.

3. Let cool for 10 minutes, then add chocolate to mixture and stir until thick. Cover and refridgerate for about 2 hours, stirring it occasionally.

4. Beat remaining 1/2 c. whipping cream in chilled bowl on high until stiff. Mix 3/4 c. of the whipped cream into chocolate mixture until combined.

5. Fold remaining whipped cream gradually into chocolate mixture until well combined.

My friend made some of that a little while ago. She said it was intant stuff from a box, I think it might be easier than nauticalstar's. You could probably find it at the groc. Store:p .
