I need a ceiling fan light cover
I have several apartments and use either Hampton Bay (Home Depot) or Harbor Breeze (Lowes) fans in them. The 2 fans look very similar. I have 2 broken light covers - one of each brand. It has a 9 1/2 inch opening. Every where I have looked I can get 9 or 9 3/4 or 10 inch openings, but not 9 1/2. Home Depot can order them but they are $39.00 each. The whole fan cost $79.00! Anyone have any ideas?

Unforunately there aren't many options in this case. I don't recommend these brands in the first place. Change them out with Hunters.

I am currently remodeling my home and am coming across a major problem that NO ONE seems to have an answer for. I have two ceiling fans that operate via remote control. The rest of the ones in my home are the popular "pull down" chains - and those work prefectly with the new fan/light dimmers...
