    Mobile Home Repo
We sold a Manufacutured home in 2005 on a note. The lady is always late on her payment. We gave her a lot of room so that she can manage her expenses. Now, she had not paid us for last month and not responding our email. What is the legal way to take it back from her? She had signed all the contracts that says that we have a right to take it away if she did not pay. Can you please recommand me where I can find the legal papers? We are in the Denton County, TX. Thanks

    Hello j:

Did you sell it on a contract, or do you hold a mortgage? It DOES make a difference. Really and truly, you need a real estate attorney.
