    Cant logg in to my hi5 account?
    Hi5 asked me to reset my password and I did , but I forgot the password and then I did the forget password thingy and they sent my my old password I can't log in :(
    Anyone knows how I can get my password??
    Help anyone?

    Check out the forgot password policy All you need to do is enter your e-mail and they'll send you your password but you have to answer your question you specified in your profile.

    If it sent the old password, the new one may not have registered yet. Try again. Otherwise you need to contact them.

    In the future use a password that you (and only you) can easily remember.
