Taking the test one week before period?
    Hello,
Iam very concern and hate waiting-iam suppose to get my period on either the 14 or 16 of this month(sept.) I sometimes have my period irregular-their was one time that I didn't get it for 3 months- but anyway I am really concern and have already boughten the pregnancy test.. if I take it now is it possible that it will show if I am pregnant or not? Please help I need some advice?
Last week I've been getting sort of like period cramps and a lot of discharge but I haven't had no dizzines or cravings or anything like that-ive actually been losing weight and not eating much cause I am trying to lose weight.. iam really concern

You may get a positive result this early, but it is rare, and your chance for a false negative is high. The things you desribed as feeling last week (cramps, discharge) sound like ovulation, and fit with the schedule if you are due for your period on the 14, 15,or 16, so if you didn't have sex then, you are probably safe, but you can never be absolutely positive. If it is really bothering you test, but be prepared to test again if it is negative. The dollar stores sell HPT and they are just as good as the pricey ones, just so you don't waste so much money. Good luck

    hey again,
I tested this morning and just as I expected it came out "negative"-that was a little tiny relief for me even though I know its not for certain =0(... but I guess ill just test again after my miss period (which hopefully it doesn't happen).. I have been getting a lot of discharges and major itchyness but don't know if that's a sympton of pregnancy or if its cause I am about to get my period soon.. the thing is that my boyfriend never came inside of me only outside but I've heard and read that a woman can still get pregnant-but how high is that possibility-is it rare? I haven't gotten no more cramps lets see this upcoming week what happends.. Ill let you guys know.. thanks again 4 your advices, they've been very helpful.. =0)

If you were using the pullout method there is still a chance. If he never entered you, you wouldn't need to worry. Unfortunately men have pre ejaculate which contains sperm and can't be felt by either partner. If you are having itchiness you may have a yeast infection. If you smell foul you may have some other form of infection. Sometimes infections can cause cramping and excess discharge. You may want to see your doc, especially if the discharge has a color or odor. Congrats on the negative test results, though it is probably too early to know for certain. It sounds to me like you have something else going on, but I'm not a doctor.

Just for the record, I took a clear blue easy and a e.p.t digital (both digital) and they came out positive a week before my period was due. Took two more ept last night (a week later) and they are still positive. So it is possible to come out positive that early!
