I can not open Adobe Reader on desktop
I am unable to open the Adobe reader on Desktop nor can I open it through my e-mail. The operating system that I am using is Windows XP I believe 2000. It just seems like when I try to open a document through my e-mail in PDF form I click on the attachment and the little hour glass comes on and nothing happens. Then I try to open of the program on my desktop and still the hour glass shows up but nothing happens it seems like it just hangs there.

We need more information. What operating system do you use? What version of Adobe Reader? Are there any error messages? What does it do when you try to open it?

If yuo're Adobe Reader is broken then one of the options you have is to try and istall a different PDF reader. I suggest Foxit: Foxit Software

Actually it was 3 days ago, and there was a reply that day. Have you checked back on it? ScottGem asked a few follow-up questions so that someone might be able to help you a little better. Please answer them, we need a little more information before we can tell what the cause of the problem is.

You can always uninstall and reinstall the Adobe Reader.
