    Being Taxed by All!
    My husband works and lives in Maryland for a company out of Moorestown, NJ but is being taxed by NJ state and SUI/SDI. Is this right??

    NO, it is not.

    Contact the employer and have them STOP withholding the income tax and refund the SUI-SDI.

    Also, have them START withholding Maryland taxes.
