    How do I get a divorce when my state doesn't accept my marriage from a different state?

    Every state accepts every other states marriages. Sooooo, there's MORE to this story, isn't there? Maybe if you filled us in, we could be of more help.

    Unless this is a same sex marriage, your new state automatically accepts all other marriages to my knowledge.
