    Running tons, not losing weight
    I have been running for about 2 years now 4-5 times a week about 6 miles a day. I'm not fat by any means but there is still a little extra I would like to remove from around my mid-section and let me tell you those few extra pounds are stubborn! I eat pretty healthy I even cut out fancy coffee drinks and just get plain old drip coffee now. I'm not sure if the belly fat is from stress or what. I don't think I'm stressed but who knows we are all a little stressed these days right? Can anyone give a little advice on what I can try to get rid of this little friend of mine. I'm 5'4 and a size 8 I would just like to be a 6. I don't think I'm asking for the world here.. :)

    Have you tried doing crunches? They really seem to work on that area.
