I'm considering replacing my builder grade kitchen appliances with upper end stainless models. I'm curious as to whether this will increase the value of my home when I sell in a few years, and if so will it increased enough to recoup the cost of the appliances?

I have two 6000 watt generators that are bi-phase and want to run a 5hp motor that is 220v / 3 phase. Is it possible? How would the wiring go? I'm in Mexico and can't find a rental... well I found varios but no one that can hook up my motor.

I have a convection/microwave and a standard oven to be installed... Both are to be in the same location stacked. There's only one source of 220v. Can they both be installed on the same line just separate plugs? Thanks!
