    Grant deed on the house
Me and my husband just refinanced, but the new loan is now only under my name. My husband and I are both still on the grant deed, but does this mean that we are still both responsible for the home even though I am the only one on the loan or how does it work?

You are the one responsible for the loan if it is only your name on it. Did you apply for the loan on you own? Could it be you are the only one with good credit ?

That's odd. Are you saying your husband didn't sing any of the refi papers? Sounds like someone at the lender screwed up. But if he didn't sign the note he's not responsible.
