How should I write my Child's Last name using Hyphen
My girlfriend and I have a child. I am hoping the child name we chose was correct. I wanted the child to have my name of Efrain Casul III, but she wanted Jacob Tyler Casul-Colon. She didn't want my first name. I myself disliked my name but found the name had strength and wanted my child regardless to have my name. I decided not to give the child my first name and chose Caruso as a middle name. My child's name is now Jacob Caruso Casul-Colon, NIGHTMARE.

My first question did I correctly place the surnames to represent me as the father? Should the name have been Colon-Casul instead of Casul-Colon?

Second Can he be baptized in a Catholic church before we get married which will be in December 13,2007?

I have the option to Baptize him in a baptist church. What should I consider in choosing the God Parents?

Relax... you did it right. Your name would go before the hyphen. My sister did the same thing because she wasn't married when she had my niece. As far as being baptized goes, I don't know. I'm not Catholic. I'm sure if you asked someone at the church they would have an answer for you.
