    3 degree theft and punishment
    Hi I live in miami, Florida I want to know what's the minimum and maximum punishment for a GRAND THEFT 3RD DEG FELONY in miami Florida

    My case is that I was convictec and plead no contest that means I am guilty of it but a got a second chance by doing a program to complete but I failed to completed and now I have court and trail date on Friday the 31 of August I want to know if am going to be arrested on that date on my trail date and be convicted and prosecuted to it and end up in jail on Friday I don't have a lawyer I have a public defender but it not the same I want to know if am going to jail on Friday and if so what going to habppen in my cas what the maximum of jail time they give and the minimum jail time they give and if I could ask for more time to find a batter lwayer to represent me in court because I found out I had court by going to court and checkl on myself and never received a court letter or date

    Hello ziggy:

    I don't know how much time you'll get. Lots of factors go into it, and I don't know any of 'em.

    IF you want a new lawyer, you better fire the one you have first. Do it by certified mail and send a copy to the court. They'll appoint a new lawyer. OR if you have money to hire one. DO IT TODAY.

    Will they arrest you and take you in on Friday?? Probably.
