    Girl who needs to lose weight
    OK here it is... this past summer I lost 10 pounds. When I came back to school everyone was like wow you've lost weight haven't you, you look so good.

    Before I lost weight I was never happy, depressed, and always got so mad at myself for how much I weighed. Now since the beginning of school I've gained 8 pounds already. Now I find myself becoming upset and very stressed. I weigh myself like 5 times a day. IT drives me crazy. Sometimes I just wish we didn't have a scale. PLEASE help me. I want to lose weight but it's just sooooo hard.

    Stop weighing yourself all the time. The human body naturally gains and loses 10 pounds during the day. For your "real" weight weigh yourself when you first get up after you empty your bladder. And have that be the only time you weigh yourself.

    What's different then this summer? Are you not eating as well? Are you not exercising? In order to your weight to stay off you have to incorporate healthy habits into your life every day. You need to eat lots of fruits and veggies, lean proteins, whole grains and exercise for at least 30 minutes. Losing weight isn't permanent you have to keep at it. If you go back to poor habits you will gain weight back.
