    How can you treat the subject of your essay objectively while still trying to persuade readers of your point of view?

    Promote the subject in a way that is not forceful on the reader. Let them know you are strong and definitive with your point of view, but don't force it upon them. Be firm, but avoiding words that might be read negatively and construed to the point of making the reader feel like an idiot.

    The subject you have sounds like (I could be wrong) something original. Tell folks, but don't make them feel small.
