    Child support
My husband has two children from previous two marriages.

He is behind 6 years on one and 10 years on the other.

He is leaving me and my 2 year old now.
This will be his third try. I am sensing a pattern?

$80,000 in back child support is horrible. I am not sure if he will even pay for our baby now.

His passport is pulled and he keeps moving around the country to avoid his license pulled. I'm tired of this. How can we all stop him?
Can he go to jail if complaints are made?

You guys need to get one CSEA. If he is that far behind in child support and he keeps moving and not informing the courts he can be held in contempt. Check the laws in your states, but in most, once the father reaches a certain amount of back child support they can be put in jail.

Is he currently paying support for the other 2 children? You need to file asap.

I can not understand how he is getting away with this?

God, I had hoped like all that he would have stopped with me.

I am in California and don't have the funds for an attorney now.

No he is not paying for the other two. He has lost his job.

Brilliant man, heavily depressed from Desert Storm. Needs help.

You can go to the court and see about getting public aid... In Ohio you fill out some papers and based on your income you can get an attorney at no cost to help you with it all.
