The problem may well be the Electronic Air Control Valve (EACV). That controls the idle.

When the problem only occurs after warm up, a faulty cooant temp sensor could be out of range. Any other symptoms? SES, MIL, Check Engine Lamp illuminated ?

    Thank you for the PM.

"No Lts on" is good. The ECU thinks it is in control, when it "sees" a sensor out of range, or it tries to control something, but it's signal is ignored. Shot in the dark? That coolant sensor isn't telling the ECU that the engine has warmed up and it is providing fuel inrichment for too long. Or... the EACV cannot be controlled. Hmmm... tough call without the vehicle in front of me. I'd lean toward the temp sensor first (cheaper). Good luck.
