    Will the car be paid for
    :( I was driving my moms car and someone ran the stop sign and slammed into me.. Her car is totaled and I didn't have a Drivers license... the car is insured and I did get hurt... Will it all be covered by the other driver??

    Hello mom:

    It should be. That fact that you didn't have a license has nothing to do with who's at fault in the accident. The pers who's at fault is the one to pay.

    Yes it should be if the other driver had insurance, just like you don't have a license others don't always have insurance.

    So when you all called the police to the scene of the accident, did they have insurance. You need to contact her insurance company
