    I Need My Record Exsponged So How Do I Do That, It Happened In Virginia And I Am In Maryland, It Happen In 2000 A Felony. Robbery W/o A Weapon.

    Hello Vennie:

    You're going to need a lawyer. You actually DON'T need a lawyer if you know your way around the legal system and can communicate well. But, it's much easier to hire a lawyer. Besides, you may only get one shot at this, so you might as well give yourself the best shot you can.
