    Can an immigrant get papers without marriage when he or she has been in U.S longer than 10 years?

    Either you were born in US or your parents are one of US citizen
    Or you are already Green card holder via sponsorship by Employment
    Or you get married with US citizen
    Or you have made a huge amount of investment in US - approved by Immigration Dept
    Or you are still qualified for "adoption" by US citizen
    Or you join the army to fight for US - you can get a chance to get US citizenship

    I think he's referring to getting a green card based on naturalisation. I would suggest contacting an immigration lawyer in your case, in general you would have to apply based on the conditions above but there may be alternatives if you were brought into the US by a parent without your consent.
