    Kink in the neck or something else?
    I woke up yesterday morning and I streched then suddently got a pop or crack in my neck then I flared into so much pain. Just like a kink... but I don't know... it hurts and I never got a crack or pop in my neck... I can't turn on my left side and I can't lift my head more than halfway up and barely can down... my left shoulder is lower than the right and my neck is tilted to the left as well... hurts when I drink too sometimes... muscle hurts too. :( I am in so much pain. Please can you help me find out solutions?

    It sounds like you "threw out" your neck.

    Have you ever been to a chiropractor before? They will be able to manipulate your vertabrae and put everything back into place. Most insurance will cover a visit to one check with your carrier and ask around for a referral.
