Hmmm.
Do you think I should just give up on this guy?
I mean I feel like I'm wasting my time on him
I'm 17 I should be living my life boy free right?
But then I want him so bad I'd do ANYTHING to be with him
Common I've liked him since I was 12 or 13 that's a long time
I have the right to feel like this...
Who am I kidding I should just give up I'm a fat girl and no one wants a fat girl
I donno

I think you're being too hard on yourself my dear...
You should be out having fun at 17, but it's totally normal for you to like a guy too.
If this guy isn't right for you, there is another one that is.
But, you'll never find him if your stuck on only one guy.
Not all guys like stick skinny girls - keep that in mind;)
Go out, have fun, enjoy yourself, be happy and confident... all of these things
Make a person attractive and desirable to be with.
Best wishes

yea I've tried losing weight all the time but it just doesn't want to go away. For awhile I would just eat ice until I figured it was just putting more weight on. I want a gastric bypass I think it will help me a lot but I do not have that kind of money so looks like I'll be fat forever=[ I really hate it I feel like crawling in a hole to die.

Don't Be Like That I Used To Think The Same Thing I Thought Id Never Loose It.
But I Made Myself Go To A Personal Trainer She Pushes Me And I Work Hard.
Im Also Eating Right Now I Never Used To Its Only Been A Month And Ive Lost 3kg You'll Get There Trust Me You Just Have To Be Willing To Do Things
This Personal Trainer Is The Best Thing That's Happened To Me Forget The Guys Ha Im Doing This For Me.
Consider It A Big Treat But Without Having A Sweat If You Know What I Mean.
Good Luck Sweetie Xxx

If you want to lose weight, your not suppose to skip meals. That is because your metabolism slows down then because no food is being eaten. Eat some vegetables every hour or so and that is how you can lose weight because your metabolism is constantly working. Working out is a good way too. Do it with a friend so you don't get bored and quit. Also eat less fast food and burn off all the calories you get from eating.
Anyhow back to your question, being boy free would be good for you I think. I haven't dated anyone in the past 9 months, and I have saved money and I am still free to make my own decisions... And at our ages, weight does mean a lot, but oh well. Anyone who doesn't see you for who you are isn't that good of a person for you anyway. You'll find some guy who thinks your beautiful and you will live happily.

Excellent answer above!
I also agree that you are being too hard on yourself. There is someone for everybody, it's just finding the right person that can be hard. Please just give yourself time and don't be in any sort of rush. "There are many fish in the sea." Not all of them are going to be the right "catch." "It pays to shop around."
In my opinion, I think that it is best to date a number of people before settling down on just one of them as being the right "catch."
Please just have fun while you can. The realities of dealing with adult responsibilities, making your way and also carving out your niche in life are going to be here almost before you know it. Please prepare yourself for those things before getting hooked on only one guy.
Be the best that you can be first. Please take care of yourself.

Well, I was stuck on this one girl who I have been with 2 times in 6 months and she broke my heart by going with my best pal... not I have nothing to do with them both just say hi on the pasin. Meanwhile this girls best friend and I started getting close as she was tehre to comfort me... meanwhile I had seen another gilr I had liked from my pipeband I play in and thought id never had the chance... so I was meant to get with the girl who was comforting me as I as getting close to her but didn't promise her anything... and eventually the girl from my band had started speaking to me and with in a few days had admitted to me that she liked me and I said to her I like her to... from there on life has been great as I got with the girl from my pipeband... the reason of this story is always keep your options open never close them down to a deadend. But now I'm so happy now as I've found the love of my life!!

Oh honey don't be so hard on yourself. This guy is clearly an idiot if he hasn't cowboyed up to ask you out properly. From what you've said about him he showed a lot of interest in you. Teenage boys and well, to be fair the majority of men out there are pretty clueless when it comes to the fairer sex.
I wouldn't hang all your hopes on this one guy. I never dated that much in high school or college. It wasn't until I got out of school that I started dating a lot more. Most of it was because I was always the chubby friend and I had low self esteem. As I got older I lost some weight and gained some self esteem and confidence. You will get there too.
There will be plenty of guys to come and go in your life some will stay as boyfriends and others will be passing crushes. All it does is serve to get us closer and closer to the person we want and need to be to find the right person for us. Until then keep your head up and love who you are. No one else can love you until you really love yourself.

I've said it before and I'll say it again your teenager years suck. Everything is really difficult and you constantly feel really unsure of yourself. You will grow up and grow out of this believe me. Insecure teenagers can turn into the most self confident women out there (I know I did it!).
We will all be here for you.

I have been dating a woman for over a year. Now engaged and at one time I thought she was unfaithful with someone from her past. I got over that until just recently when she has cut back on our activities in the bed room. We take showers together and all so I haven't see anything suspicious. ...
