I really like my best friends ex
I am 14 and I like my best friends ex.my best friend ad her ex recently broke up they weren't a great couple but they still have some feelings for each other but I really like him and she knows. I have asked her if it okay to date him and she said she doesn't mind but I am not sure and I don't want to risk our friendship by going out with him. Me and him are good friends now and we get along great but should I go out with him or leave it at just friends? :

Since its been recently you might want to wait a while... because two friendships are at risk... besides you don't want to just be the rebound... after a while if you still like him... I say go for it...

You can never date him. You will destroy your friendship. Even if she says yes, do not do it

That's not always true... im from a very small school and we do that all the time... as long as the friend isn't still hung up on him... if that's the case or they're still extremely attracted then of cousre not but... I dated my best friends ex per her request... I never told her that I liked him... but one day she walks up to me ands like guess who likes you... and I think you should go out with him...

She may say it, but deep down she may resent you. If not your friend must truly be an angel!

If she is your best friend I would let it slide.
I know in high school my best friend wanted to date my ex and I told her it was okay since I didn't want to seem hung up on him. I was so mad the entire time they went out. I never trusted her near another boyfriend of mine again. She eventually went after another ex and I ended our friendship.
I'd find someone else to focus on and leave her ex alone.

That's true... some friends do resent you... it all depends on the seriousness of the relationship and why they broke up... and how she feels about her ex...

Well there are some valid points, but you are too young to be getting that hung up on guys. Or maybe I am just too old to understand. Ha ha.

Okay, so many of you know me already, and I really would like some input here.
I have a friend who I ride to school with every day (100 miles round trip), we carpool.
Well, she can be quite overbearing at times and I have noticed that she is a bit of a control freak. Such as, I CANNOT drive...
