This is my second post here on this site. For the past month my exgirlfriend and I have been on a break. We are both back at college and are living in the same building. We have spoken and she was told me that she no longer has the same feelings for me as she did before. What makes this even worse is that she doesent know why or how it happened. It came so quickly, I mean we started our relationship right before summer break and everything went so well until the past month. Now she is back at college and we talk and hang out but I have to admit, I love the girl. I told her that and she does not feel the same at the moment. We have been dating for 3 months, and been off and on before (2 months) She has said herself that I am someone that she always has to talk to. I feel the same, we have a bond and I still think that we have a future together. She was in a relationship for a year and a half bad break up (now a year ago). She did mention to me that she is often afraid of our rel. going for a long time and then something occurring. I think she is scared of a long commitment, I have my doubts too, but willing to give it my most. I have always been there for her and she knows it. Do I just sit back and hope the feelings come back, or let her go? It kills me to consider that because I know she is the one for me. I am more certain every time I see her. What do I do now? Im trying to give her the space she desires and not to talk about it everytimewe see each other.. Thanks

Sooner or later you will realise you both are at different places in life and backoff as she reconcilles her own problems, without your input or pressure. Leave her alone and see if she contacts you, while you get your own life in order.
