    Intensive Deep Conditiong Pak For Hair
    I have been using Kiehl's Intensive Repairateur Deep Conditioning Pak for hair for a few years. In order for this conditioner to be effective is to leave it in for 8 hours or more. Recently Kiehl's changed the ingredients in this product, and the results are not the same. Does anyone have any recommendations for a similar product?

    I never used that oe but I do use pantiene deep conditioning once a week in the shower it works pretty good!

I am converting my garage to a studio, my garage is on a slab so I have to take the air conditioning from under my house into the garage and up to the top plate for above door vents. My question is can I just run duct for this or do I need another fan to force the air up to the top plate.
