    Non Married Parent
My daughter is a non married parent. She gave birth to a baby boy. She isliving with the baby's daddy since thebirthof the child. She wants out of the relationship.

Can she leave the state with the baby without the baby's father's permission? She doesn't want child support, she just wants to leave the baby daddy because he is doing drugs.

He is listed as the birth father, but I found out today, he didn't sign the birth certificate, his sister signed his name for him. Can she get the baby's last name changed to her last name? Can she get the birth certificate changed without going to court?

No, no and no. The father has rights. If the runs away he can go after her. She should immediately file for full custody and child support.
