I have a 6 month old little girl and wanted to know just how much baby Food to feed her at a time. I know to feed her a tablespoon of cereal twice a day but now that she can have baby food also I was just wondering how much she got at a time.

After I got through the introduction of all the foods and made sure there were no allergies this is the schedule mine were on:
Breakfast: rice cereal w/1 jar 1st stage applesauce + 4 oz formula
Snack: 4-6 oz formula
Lunch: 1 jar 1st stage fruit and 1 jar 1st stage vegetable + 4 oz formula
Snack: 4-6 oz formula
Dinner: 1 jar 1st stage vegetable and 1 jar 1st stage meat + 4 oz formula
Last bottle before bed: 6 - 8 oz formula
