    Credit card putting a lean on my house?
    I am a victim of credit card fraud. The credit card co. that the has the fraud on it is trying to put a lean on my house. Can they do that? When the person that used the card is being prosecuted?

    Wow, what bank are you with... we were subject to credit card fraud, Bank of America called us about some purchases they flagged as suspicious, canceled them, canceled the credit card, and all was well.

    Contact an attorney, most states do not permit unsecured debt judgment to be attach by a lien.
