    Iris virus?
    Several of my Iris' have been found laid over on the ground.The stalks at the bottom are all mushy as if they were dissolved by something.There are usually snails around the area but I think they may be there to feed on the plant decay rather than the cause of it.Any ideas what this is and what the cure might be?

    You might want to look into an Iris Society website. Since I don't know what area of the world you live in I cannot suggest a site. It sounds as though you might have root rot and the bulbs have rotted leading to the mushy stems and snails. I'm sure you can reach an expert at one of the sites given by a search engine. Good Luck!

I was running AVG atni-virus, and it just stopped working... it would start to scan then completely close out, so I deleted it off my computer and re installed it I had the same problem so I got norton and I had the same problem.  so I'm guessing I have something on my computer that's turning them...
