Well you all are a talkative bunch. Just got my little man to sleep. Whew.

Synn, Connor wlays loves a new aunt or uncle to spoil him rotten. No compaints here. Our best friends are so close to us, and have always been in his lives, so he just calls them aunt and uncle too.. lol.

We used to do that too, alkaline.

I had so many Aunts and Uncles growing up, because if they were close friends to my parents or grandparents they became honorary family. Also, if I had cousins that were grown, my parents expected us kids to call them by Aunt or Uncle because to call them by their first name was considered impertinent.

    My, how times have changed.

Yep, Connor loves his honorary aunt and uncles, and I am proud to find out that I will soon become and aunt again, as they just announced they were expecting.

Auntie Synn, I will PM you for an email...

Hmm... I never really called anyone uncle or aunt, I guess it was just too long. Basically I was just like, um, hey (insert name here). I have cousins that are quite older than me, but as you can guess, I still called them by their first name lol.

That's just it bens first nephew is 13 now and he kind of looks to his mums brothers as his older brothers that's why they don't do the aunt/uncle thing
