    16 yr old getting guilt about living with dad
    It is three days before court and my 16yr old is getting guilt from her mom trying to make her convince dad to back off custody case. He is going cause she cuts herself at home when she is depressed and he has a doc note saying she needs mental help for physical anxiety. How do we get through these days without worring about her. She has called to tell dad never mind after she signed a paper for court. Mom is scaring her with family saying they will disown her. How do you think this will turn out in court with mom fighting so hard?

    It doesn't sound like she is fighting hard it sounds like she is emotional blackmailing her daughter. If your stepdaughter would admit this to the judge it would hurt the biological mothers chances in court.
