Difficulty in filing chapter 7 bankruptcy
Is it possible to file for chapter 7 bankruptcy in the state of Texas without an attorney? If so, how difficult a process is it?

Yes you can do it. You just have to know all of the allowances for exempt property, know how to fill the dozens of pages of forms out correctly.

Plus if some debtors see you are filing yourself, they will file objections and other motions you have no idea how to answer.

Best bet hire the attorney for it.
