    Hampton bay remote
    I have an H.B. fan/light just recently I changed the battery in the remote and it is still working the light properly, but the fan only works in low speed:confused:

    Nothing happens when when hitting low or med. Speed it will only turn fan on when I het high speed and fan only runs at low speed

    Oh, so when you push Low and Medium, the remtoe LED comes on but the fan doesn't move, and when you push High it comes on real slow? Sounds like it has nothing to do with the remote, and might be a bad capacitor inside the fan. You might need to change the whole receiver.

    Does the fan have pullchains?

    No pull chains, capacitor, receiver, do you know where I can get those items.
