    Can your spouse's credit be affected by foreclosure?
    I would like to know if the spouse is not on the deed nor the loan, if he or she's credit be affected?

    I kind of get what you are asking. Your name is NOT ON THE LOAN OR DEED, absolutely, right? Just your husbands name appears. Then it is only your husband's credit that will be effected.
