    Koffi Annan buys second home
Yes he has just purchased his second "palatial" mansion according to the NY Sun .

Annan Acquires a Second Palatial Home - August 9, 2007 - The New York Sun

The article questions how can he afford it and points out irregularities in finances at the UN during his reign . I wonder ;given the global warming positions he ushered in at the UN ;what is the carbon footprint of his dual residencies ?

So, I guess Annan is doing his part to eliminate poverty by making sure that he doesn't suffer from poverty.

Of course not, it's much more fun to beat on hypocritical weasels like Kofi. :D

Mr. Annan was in Morocco earlier this week, calling on European Union leaders to retool their efforts to end poverty in Africa.
I wonder how many poor Africans he could feed with what he spent on his two mansions or how many he could house in them? He and John Edwards should jet out on a poverty tour together.

Edwards and Annan perfect together. Both are champions of the impoverished . One becomes rich by being a slip and fall lawyer first and then a hedge fund employee . The other siphons money that is designated to buy medicines for Iraqi children.

I guess you have to attack all kinds of *retired people* so you don't have to talk about your CURRENT PRESIDENT, George W. Bush, the *worst President* in the history of my Republic.

You like *Endless War*... Endless Record Deficits... and the results of the War on Iraq has PROVEN that war has little effect on destroying Jihadists, rather it created more Jihaists.

Did the little genius in the White House forget that Jihadists don't wear uniforms, they are guerrilla fighters? I'd laugh but his screw-ups are so mammoth it just isn't funny. :(

Ahhh.. go ahead and laugh, we couldn't change things any more than we can catch a fart in a windstorm, so you may as well be happy.

WE can't really blame Bush- he's as caught-up in a system of greed as much as the rest of the world. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer; serfdom appears to have served the majority of people better then Democracy has.

Fortune is a cruel mistress… in either case.

Please, you should know better. Whatever you have to talk about, bring it on.

A few more talking points please?

Would you tell that to the Democrat leadership and the UN? They can't seem to figure out where all those Iranian rockets are coming from.
