    Foreclosure answer
    The plaintiff has issued summons in the name of wrong defendant. An answer has been filed for an extension. Should this error be added as an addendum to the original answer?

    What format should I use if this is the correct procedure

    No, it's not the correct procedure. If the wrong defendant in named, who filed for the extension??

    You need a lawyer. Or, if you're just going to lose your house, don't make it worse on yourself. If it was me, I'd be spending my time trying to sell, rather than fight the foreclosure.
