    Own Title but Move Out Order?
    If I am on title only but because of a bad breakup with my boyfriend who is not on title, can I be forced by a domestic violence court to move out and my boyfriend who is not on title gains the right to live in my home?

    Yes, but only untile all court issues are settled, once that happans you can have him legeally removed

    I disagree with ALC. I'd like to see any statute or case law that supports it. You can't be forced from your own home by a domestic restraining order. It would be up to the boyfriend to move.
