HI, my partner has all these bumps on his stomoch just below his belly button there a quite a few and there red sometimes they get itchy he says and there red some more red than others... thanks for your help!!

Have you considered insect bites, maybe fleas, spider bites.

Thanks for your time to help. But no I'm pretty sure they aren't bites or anything because there's heaps of them and they have been there for proably 2 months now :-(

Then I would say its time for a visit to the doctor, if they have been there for 2 months, and get them diagnosed and cleared up.
