Am I?
Okay so I started my period on the right time but it was very light and only lasted two days,it was also more brownish, as gross as that sounds. Which mine normaly last like 4... is this a big sign of being pregnant? I am also sick... I don't know if that would have anything to do with how long my period last... im scared:(

A light period with brown-ish discharge is fairly normal. Its not enough to tell that you're pregnant, but you probably aren't. Its still a period, the brown is "old blood" but its still blood.
What do you mean by "sick"? Just so you know, pregnancy symptoms are different for everybody, but they're also very similar to what you experience during your period. (Bloating, breast tenderness, nausea, dizzyness, heartburn, gas, etc.)
The best way to tell: Did you have unsafe sex a few weeks ago and have you missed a period?

Did you ever have intercourse, or are you still worrying from the same session as your other posts... the answer will determine my advice.

Are you taking any medications for the respiratory infection?

Well, as I have said before.. you can not get pregnant from having dry sex. You have to have intercourse. It sounds like you just had a light period. It is probably lighter because you have been ill and you are stressing. Try to take some rest and let your body heal. Good luck.

Sorry hun, I had to spread the love...
But she is absolutely right. "Dry humping" will not get you pregnant. A man putting his penis inside of your vagina can get you pregnant. I'm sorry to be so graphic, but that's what it takes sometimes. Like alkaline said, you are probably just having a light period. We all have them from time to time. Just relax :)

Don't waste time vaginal infections can be very uncomfortable. It might be just starting.

Actually brown discharge is quite normal. Its actually not what you would picture to be discharge, it is old blood. Yellow, green, or white clumpy discharge is what is not normal. If you ever experience any of these, see your doctor :)

Okay, you're right :)
To the OP, if you feel you need to see a doctor, then do so. Personally (and this is just my opinion) I think you are okay. Brown during your period is usually just old blood, and can appear at the beginning and again at the end of your period.
Just to be on the safe side, see your doctor.

It sounds to me like you aren't pregnant, and that you stressing out and being on meds for respiratory infection could affect your period. I completely missed a period once from being on antibiotics. I don't remember if you said you are actually on any, so I'm assuming. Just go and get a pregnancy test. Take it with first morning urine and if it comes back negative, you AREN'T pregnant. If you keep stressing yourself out over this and you aren't pregnant you could delay your next period and stress yourself even more. Take a test, and go see a doctor if you feel it necessary.

She has never actually had intercourse, just "dry sex". So I know she is not pregnant, but you are right about the fact that taking a pregnancy test and seeing the negative result could make her feel better. Sometimes people just need that reassurance.
I agree with automansgirl. Take a pregnancy test, take a good look at the negative result, and relax! If you stress out about this any further you could throw your whole cycle off track! :)
